Our bowls section is a vibrant group of ladies and men (and their families) playing lawn bowls a magnificent "A Grade" real grass green.
The club is very keen to build the numbers in the Bowling Section of the club.
BRSC has a long history of social and competitive bowls and would love to have members and guests enjoying the facilities on a regular basis. The club is affiliated with Bowls Victoria.
CATERING FOR ALL AGES AND STANDARDS
NEVER TO LATE
The Club runs regular sessions to learn the game. This is open to all members whatever age as this game is a YOUNG PERSON'S game played by older people;
GET COACHING
A qualified coach/s will be available during all sessions;
Bowls will be provided; the only proviso is that flat-soled shoes be worn;
PENNANT
The opportunity to play pennant bowls for the Club on Saturday afternoons 1pm - 5pm
SUPPLIED BOWLS
To start you off, free Club bowls will initially be available, for the lessons & the pennant year if you desire to play. No need to commit to equipment until your sure.
COMPETE, ENJOY, SOCIALISE
Competitions - Pennant
Represent the club in Bowls Victoria pennant, Saturday afternoons 1pm–5pm. Free club bowls available for your first season if you'd like to play.
Throughout the summer months, we play competitive pennant bowls in addition to many social and sponsored events.
FEEL THE GRASS ON YOUR FEET
Join us for barefoot bowls
Barefoot bowls can be played anytime the bar is open! Bowls available at the bar, $15 for non-members and $10 for social members.
Full licensed bar and pub meals available.
We have everything you need and a wealth of experience to pass on to beginners, plus a welcoming vibe.
